8. What rights do you have?

8.1. Rights to information, access and portability
You have the right to access the personal data concerning you that is processed by us, and to know why we process your data, where we hold it and who receives it.
We will provide you with the requested information, in writing or electronically, within a reasonable time and at the latest within one month, provided that your request is not excessive.
You also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you have submitted your request electronically and you are not requesting another means of communication, this information will be communicated to you in electronic form.
8.2. Right of rectification
You can ask at any time for your personal data to be updated, rectified and/or completed.
Depending on the case, you can also rectify your information yourself.
8.3. Right to erasure
You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data for legitimate reasons. You acknowledge and accept that such communication is not necessary when Ubiblue has implemented the appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate the high risk of infringement of your rights and freedoms.
8.8. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), regarding the way in which we process your personal data, in particular from its website www.cnil.fr.

If you wish to exercise your rights, we recommend that you provide us with any information that will allow you to prove your identity (eg your customer number accompanied by your identity and your address, or even an identity document). If we have any doubts about your identity, we may ask you to provide us with other information enabling us to verify it (national identity card, passport, driving license, etc.), in order to prevent your data will not be communicated to anyone other than you.
