As part of our relationship, Magnoric is required to process, in particular, the following categories of data, depending on the processing actually carried out concerning you:

Function, company name, LinkedIn account data, SIREN number

Commercial data

Information related to requests (contact, documentation, etc.), purchases of products/services made, quantity/amount/date of orders and related invoices, delivery address, history of purchases and possible returns, all correspondence and/or exchanges with the client/prospect, including after-sales service or on social networks (including the data made accessible by the latter, the messages exchanged or the publications).

Connection, activity and behavioral data

Sites visited, IP address, logs, identifiers, dates and times of connection/disconnection, location, data collected by the cookies placed.

We collect this information both directly from you and from your employer, our business partners, our distributors or our subsidiaries, as well as from database rental companies, depending on the purposes concerned.

4. How long are your personal data kept?


We retain personal data for as long as necessary or allowed with regard to the purpose(s) for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable law.

The period during which there is an ongoing business relationship with you and we are providing the Services to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or use the Services).

The Services are not targeted at anyone under the age of sixteen (16) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

Your personal data is transmitted to our internal departments involved for the purposes mentioned above, and in particular to the sales and change management, marketing and communication, IT, legal or even finance and accounting departments.

You can ask at any time for your personal data to be updated, rectified and/or completed.

8.3. Right to erasure

Nevertheless, it is brought to your attention that due to the nature of certain processing carried out and in particular their legal basis (e.g. responding to a legal obligation), we will not be able to proceed with the deletion of your personal data. only at the end of the legal retention obligation and/or the applicable limitation periods. 

8.4. Right to restriction of processing

In the event of a personal data breach observed within Ubiblue, we will provide you with information relating to such a breach, when it is likely to create a high risk for your rights and freedoms.

You acknowledge and accept that such communication is not necessary when Ubiblue has implemented the appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate the high risk of infringement of your rights and freedoms.

8.8. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), regarding the way in which we process your personal data, in particular from its website

If you wish to exercise your rights, we recommend that you provide us with any information that will allow you to prove your identity (eg your customer number accompanied by your identity and your address, or even an identity document). If we have any doubts about your identity, we may ask you to provide us with other information enabling us to verify it (national identity card, passport, driving license, etc.), in order to prevent your data will not be communicated to anyone other than you. This information will be deleted once said verification has been carried out.
