As part of our relationship, Magnoric is required to process, in particular, the following categories of data, depending on the processing actually carried out concerning you:

Surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address

Function, company name, LinkedIn account data, SIREN number

Commercial data

Information related to requests (contact, documentation, etc.), purchases of products/services made, quantity/amount/date of orders and related invoices, delivery address, history of purchases and possible returns, all correspondence and/or exchanges with the client/prospect, including after-sales service or on social networks (including the data made accessible by the latter, the messages exchanged or the publications).

Connection, activity and behavioral data

Sites visited, IP address, logs, identifiers, dates and times of connection/disconnection, location, data collected by the cookies placed.

We collect this information both directly from you and from your employer, our business partners, our distributors or our subsidiaries, as well as from database rental companies, depending on the purposes concerned.

4. How long are your personal data kept?

RETENTION PERIOD

We retain personal data for as long as necessary or allowed with regard to the purpose(s) for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable law.

Criteria for determining retention periods:

The period during which there is an ongoing business relationship with you and we are providing the Services to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or use the Services).

8. What rights do you have?

8.1. Rights to information, access and portability

You have the right to access the personal data concerning you that is processed by us, and to know why we process your data, where we hold it and who receives it.

We will provide you with the requested information, in writing or electronically, within a reasonable time and at the latest within one month, provided that your request is not excessive.

You also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you have submitted your request electronically and you are not requesting another means of communication, this information will be communicated to you in electronic form. 

8.2. Right of rectification

You can ask at any time for your personal data to be updated, rectified and/or completed.

Depending on the case, you can also rectify your information yourself.

8.3. Right to erasure

You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data for legitimate reasons. Nevertheless, it is brought to your attention that due to the nature of certain processing carried out and in particular their legal basis (e.g. responding to a legal obligation), we will not be able to proceed with the deletion of your personal data. only at the end of the legal retention obligation and/or the applicable limitation periods. 

8.4. Right to restriction of processing

You can ask us to temporarily suspend the use of some of your personal data, in particular in the event of dispute of the accuracy of all or part of the latter. 

8.5. Right of opposition

You can object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling based on these provisions. The processing must then cease, unless it is necessary, for example, to comply with social and tax legislation, to defend our interests or a third party or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights. 

8.6. Right to withdraw your consent

You can withdraw your consent, at any time, as long as it has been previously requested by us for the implementation of the processing in question.

You acknowledge and accept that the withdrawal of this consent does not call into question the legitimacy of the processing which has been carried out on the basis of the agreement you gave before the withdrawal. 

8.7. Right to information in the event of a data breach

In the event of a personal data breach observed within Ubiblue, we will provide you with information relating to such a breach, when it is likely to create a high risk for your rights and freedoms.

You acknowledge and accept that such communication is not necessary when Ubiblue has implemented the appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate the high risk of infringement of your rights and freedoms.

8.8. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), regarding the way in which we process your personal data, in particular from its website www.cnil.fr.

If you wish to exercise your rights, we recommend that you provide us with any information that will allow you to prove your identity (eg your customer number accompanied by your identity and your address, or even an identity document). If we have any doubts about your identity, we may ask you to provide us with other information enabling us to verify it (national identity card, passport, driving license, etc.), in order to prevent your data will not be communicated to anyone other than you. This information will be deleted once said verification has been carried out.
